I haven’t uploaded a lot in a while, so I figured why not upload this one. Is anyone even playing University anymore?

You’ve seen it in action in the SimTopi stories, now you can have this lovely dorm in your hood!  While I did build it with the story in mind, it is a fully functional dorm. There are 7 rooms, public and private bathrooms, and 3 hobby rooms… well, 4 if you count the gym. There is a sewing room, an arts & crafts room and a mechanical workshop (with toy and robot stations).  All skill builders are included in the lot.

CC is minimal. Only windows, the wrought iron fence and CTNutmegger’s matching wall cabinets for aesthetics, and all these take their textures from Maxis objects, so they’re not too imposing.  Any other cc in screenshots are *not* included in the package.

This lot has been fully playtested.    Any and all feedback is encouraged.

* Bon Voyage was installed on my machine when I packaged this lot, but there shouldn’t be any objects from BV in it
* I recommend having all these installed in your game, otherwise I can’t guarantee that it will install properly.

To add this lot to your game, download and unzip the package file to a download folder or your desktop. Double click on the package file and the installer will add the lot to your bin. Please use Clean Installler to remove any unwanted custom content.
