Lot Type: Residential
Custom Content: none
Packs used: Get Famous, Seasons, Cats & Dogs, City Living, Get Together, Get to Work, Laundry Day, Toddler Stuff (optional)
Ideal Placement: Mirage Park, Del Sol Valley
I wished that Del Sol Valley would include some new City Living style apartments. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the case, so I built one for Mirage Park. The apartment building includes a fully decorated 2 bedroom suite on the second floor. But just because your Sims live in a small space, it doesn’t mean they can’t enjoy big lot living.
Included on-site is a laundromat, gym, swimming pool and playground. There’s also a work room in the “garage”. The playground does include the slide and dollhouse from the Toddler stuff pack, but these aren’t necessary for the rest of the build.
I recommend using “freerealestate on” to move your Sims into this lot, and reducing funds with a cheat if you’re playing as a “starter” Sim experience. This lot is best used in gameplay for a single family household or for storytelling.

The non-habited apartments are deliberately left empty to keep your Sims bills low(er) and to keep your Sims from wandering from apartment to apartment to use different facilities. You can also use MCCC to reduce your Sims bills if necessary. You are of course free to decorate them yourself, in fact, I’ve included some fully decorated apartments as rooms.
