Custom content: Starbucks decorative objects by Zeroth on MTs2, Parking Meters by Retail Sims

Don’t you just love it when big corporate stores move into your “unique” urban neighbourhood? In the spirit of my gentrified urban neighbourhood, I built this little block of stores. It includes a Generic Asian Bistro, an H&M, a Starbucks and a Lan Cafe. The Starbucks stuff should be included in the package, but I am also including a file with no CC (that is, no Starbucks stuff).

This lot has been thoroughly tested. One thing to note is that the bistro has an upstairs dining area and two sets of modular stairs leading to that area. For some reason, if there are two Sims using those stairs at the same time, the Sim behind the first will pause and start complaining halfway up the stairs. I guess the Sim in front of them is walking too slow or something. They start moving along again in a bit.

Also the third floors (and attic) for each building is empty to save my game from lag. In real life, these floors would be occupied by offices or apartments, so this doesn’t concern me.

It has a custom thumbnail and it should look like this in your lots bin. Did it install successfully? If not, try using Clean Installer to install it again.
